Set fabric, sheet, and formula details first
Confirm sheet size, GSM, material, pack count, liquid fill, formula, fragrance, and intended use before the pouch dieline. BioPawPet options include 50gsm bamboo fiber, 50gsm viscose, and 40gsm non-woven fabric in a 20x20cm, 100-sheet format.
Ask for the product specification and approved sample code. Bamboo, viscose, and non-woven sheets can differ in texture, weight, stretch, and cost even when the pouch looks the same.
Choose a pouch that survives repeated opening
Check film structure, seal width, opening size, label or lid closure, and the distance between the opening and the first folded wipe. The closure should sit flat after transport and reseal without lifting at the edges.
Pull wipes throughout the pack. A good sample should dispense without tearing the next sheet, dropping several sheets at once, or leaving the final wipes difficult to reach.
Test moisture distribution and storage
Compare sheets from the top, middle, and bottom of the pouch. Record pack weight when received and after a controlled opening test. Check leakage around the seals and closure after the pouch rests on different sides.
Use shelf-life and preservative claims only when the approved formula and test records support them. A packaging sample alone cannot prove long-term stability.
Give required information enough space
Plan room for product name, sheet count, sheet size, material wording, directions, warnings, ingredients, lot code, expiry or best-before format, barcode, importer information, and country-of-origin wording as required by the target market.
Keep important copy away from the pouch seals, folds, and closure. Print a full-size proof and place the closure component on top before approval.
Use carton data in the landed-cost check
A reference BioPawPet 100-sheet format packs 20 bags per carton. The reference carton is 42x36x24cm, about 0.04 CBM, with a gross weight around 19.5kg for bamboo or viscose versions. Final figures depend on the approved product and pouch.
Confirm carton quantity, dimensions, gross weight, packing direction, and marks again after the formula and packaging are locked.
Approve product and packaging together
- Fabric, GSM, sheet size, and pack count
- Formula and liquid fill
