Define the production stage you want to receive
A useful request states what your own facility can do after delivery. Tell the supplier whether you can convert film, cut or fold nonwoven material, add liquid, assemble absorbent layers, print packs, or complete retail packing.
- Finished product: completed item in neutral or private-label retail packaging.
- Semi-finished format: a converted product that still needs filling, packing, labeling, or another agreed step.
- Material or component: substrate, film, absorbent component, or packaging item supplied to a written specification.
Availability and MOQ depend on the material, width or size, processing stage, packing method, and factory match.
Compostable bag film and converted bag formats
Dog poop bag discussions can start with PBAT, PLA, and corn-starch blend requirements, finished bag dimensions, or converted rolls. BioPawPet reference formats include 23x33cm flat bags, 24x36cm T-shirt bags, and 15, 18, or 20 micron thickness options.
State whether you need film, individual bags, wound rolls, printed bags, or retail-packed rolls. Include color, thickness, roll width or bag size, print requirement, core format, quantity, and packing method.
Any compostability claim still needs an exact match to the certificate holder, product scope, thickness, validity, and permitted mark use.
Wipe substrate and converted wipe options
Pet wipe material discussions may include 50gsm bamboo fiber, 50gsm viscose, or 40gsm non-woven substrate. Buyers should state whether they need roll material, cut sheets, dry folded wipes, converted wipes for local filling, or finished wet wipes.
Include material composition, GSM, width or sheet size, embossing or texture, folding method, pack count, dry or wet supply stage, and any formula responsibility. A 20x20cm, 100-sheet pack is one current BioPawPet reference format, not a limit on every project.
Puppy pad materials and part-finished structures
Puppy pad construction can involve PE backsheet film, wood-pulp tissue, SAP, hot-melt adhesive, non-woven top sheet, adhesive tabs, and printed or colored layers. Buyers may discuss individual components or part-finished structures when their facility can assemble, cut, fold, or pack pads.
Send the finished pad size, target dry weight or absorbency tier, layer requirements, SAP target, backsheet preference, adhesive-tab need, and desired delivery stage. The factory must confirm which component or semi-finished format fits the requested specification and order volume.
Packaging components can be quoted with the product stage
Packaging discussions may cover printed or neutral pouches, labels, belly bands, retail boxes, dispenser cases, inner packs, export cartons, and carton marks. Share a dieline or physical reference when available.
Clarify whether BioPawPet should coordinate the component only, pack the semi-finished product, or deliver a completed retail unit. Unused custom packaging may require a storage plan for repeat orders.
Send a material RFQ that a factory can answer
- Material composition and performance target
- Width, thickness, GSM, size, or finished dimensions
- Required processing stage and what your facility will complete
- Monthly or trial quantity and packing method
- Destination country, claims, documents, and test requirements
A drawing, sample photo, or current specification reduces guesswork more than a broad request for pet product raw materials.
